DREAMS COME TRUE
Do you have dreams? Are you pursuing them? How many times have somebody told you something is impossible? Let me tell you a couple things about dreams.

A SMALL DREAM: MY FIRST KITESURF GEAR
In April 2020, in the heart of the strict COVID lockdown in Spain, with no clear end date in sight, I did something my family thought was crazy. After years of yearning to learn kitesurfing, I stumbled upon a bargain for second-hand gear at the other end of the country. I took a risk and bought it, even though I couldn’t check it in person and I didn’t know when I could use it. It turned out to be the best decision of my life, bringing me a step closer to achieving one of my dreams.
While acquiring kitesurfing gear might not seem like a monumental achievement, especially in developed countries, it wasn’t about the trophy. It was about taking a step towards a dream I’d held for years. That’s what matters. Not all dreams need to be grand or incredibly difficult; they just need to be ours.
STAY HUNGRY
One thing that definetely influenced my decision for buying the kitesurf gear was this video.
Still nowadays I keep watching it to remember myself not giving up on my dreams as long as I chase them, as long as I work on them every day. And for that, as Les Brown says, I have to be hungry.
BIG DREAMS
I had the pleasure to assist to Sputnik, a powerful and inspiring program launched by Juan Martinez-Barea. We were told that people overestimate what they can do in 1 year but subestimate what they can do in 10 years. With hard work and pure dedication, ten years can transform you into a highly skilled individual in your chosen field. While this doesn’t guarantee achieving every dream in ten years, I’m sure we will be much more closer to achieve it in the year 10 than in the year 0.
I share the opinion that Walt Disney had about dreams.
All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.
Imagine how mind-blowing it would have been for someone in the 19th century to conceive of talking to people across the globe with a handheld device? Dreams come true and dreams are possible as long as the science proves they are not.
